Mr. Schwartz will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s Compensation Committees 2010: Performing in the Spotlight program. He will participate on the panel, “Liability and the Compensation Committee,” and will discuss issues such as the significance of Disney and Oracle, other recent court decisions affecting the compensation committee and how to build a solid defense using compensation-setting tools.
