The Firm believes in the importance of training and development for its legal assistants. The Firm provides an extensive program of organized training relevant to the legal assistant’s role in his or her practice area. Upon joining the Firm, legal assistants are assigned to one of the Firm’s five practice groups:

Corporate Finance, Real Estate or Litigation Legal Assistant Training Program Legal assistants also have access to the Firm’s education programs for new associates. In addition, legal assistants receive other administrative, computer and practice group-specific training. The Firm reviews the legal assistant’s performance and advises each legal assistant of the Firm’s assessment of his or her performance and progress. This formal review is generally performed at six months of employment and annually thereafter. Informal feedback and coaching are provided throughout the legal assistant’s career at the Firm.
