Virgil Mattingly is a member of the Firm’s Financial Services Group. He joined the Firm in 2008 as senior counsel after a distinguished career with the Federal Reserve Board. Mr. Mattingly’s practice focuses on advising banking and financial institutions clients on U.S. regulatory matters.
