Rick Fessel is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Group. He represents clients with respect to all manner of litigation, in both federal and state courts and arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and American Arbitration Association. Mr. Fessel’s representations have included employment, intellectual property, securities and antitrust matters.

• Representation of a prominent financial firm in connection with a nationwide series of FINRA arbitrations brought by former employees concerning a stock award plan
• Representation of a private equity firm in defense of a claim of entitlement to additional distributions under an LLC agreement
• Representation of various clients in connection with enforcement of contractual non-competition provisions
• Representation of a foreign bank’s U.S. subsidiary in federal court and FINRA proceedings involving a variety of employment claims
• Defending a U.S. bank against age discrimination and ERISA claims in federal court
