Richard Klapper joined Sullivan & Cromwell in 1980 and has been a partner since 1987. His practice covers a broad range of commercial litigation, including antitrust, securities and contract disputes, as well as regulatory investigations. He is a member of the Federal Bar Council and the American Law Institute.
