Mr. Colletta will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s REIT and Real Estate M&A Restructurings and Recapitalizations program. He will speak on and moderate the panel, “Workouts, Restructurings and Bankruptcies,” and will discuss several topics including developments in recent real estate bankruptcy cases and the impact of recourse carveout guarantees on work-outs.
