Whitney Chatterjee is a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Finance and Financial Institutions Groups. Her practice focuses on advising hedge fund managers and financial services companies on a wide variety matters, including transactional, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance. Examples of Ms. Chatterjee’s recent matters have included acquisitions and sales of strategic interests in hedge fund managers, advising on bank regulatory matters affecting banks and investment funds and procedures relating to conflicts of interest, material non-public information and other compliance matters. Ms. Chatterjee also has experience advising clients on a variety of commodities and derivatives matters.
