Sullivan & Cromwell LLP seeks an Associate, Litigation Practice Group, in New York to represent U.S. and foreign financial institutions and corporations involved in regulatory enforcement proceedings, grand jury investigations, arbitration and other civil litigation.

Requirements: J.D., LL.M. or foreign equivalent and at least four (4) years of experience researching, analyzing, reviewing and drafting memoranda, briefs and other legal documents relating to litigation matters, including Securities Exchange Act of 1934 Rule 10b-5 class actions and regulatory enforcement proceedings, shareholder derivative and common law breach of fiduciary duty lawsuits. Must be admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York.
