S&C received the award for excellence in the corporate/M&A team category at the 2012 Chambers USA Awards for Excellence, held in New York City on June 7. Mr. Kotran and Mr. McCurrach accepted the award on behalf of the Firm. 

The awards for excellence are based on research published by Chambers and Partners in the 2012 edition of Chambers USA. Considerable weight is given to client feedback, as well as public information about the Firm’s activities in 2011.
