Mr. Carter and Mr. Neuhaus contributed the chapter, “Arbitration Under Expedited Discovery Procedures: What Are the Sacrifices?,” to the Arbitration Review of the Americas 2011, a Global Arbitration Review special report. The chapter explored the implications of the limitations, including time restrictions on discovery, placed on arbitrations under expedited procedures.
