S&C received the award for cross-border deal of the year for small mid-markets at the 2012 M&A Atlas Awards, held on November 16 in Hong Kong. S&C was recognized for its representation of The Bank of East Asia in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China's acquisition of The Bank of East Asia (USA) from the The Bank of East Asia.
