Mr. Rogers has been named for the fourth consecutive year to Human Resource Executive’s list of the Nation’s Top 100 Most Powerful Employment Lawyers. Mr. Schwartz similarly was named for the fourth year in a row to the publication’s list of Top Employee Benefits and ERISA lawyers.
