On May 22, Mr. Schwartz will speak on the panel, “Proxy Season Post-Mortem,” at the Middle Atlantic Chapter Spring Conference in Philadelphia sponsored by The Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals. The panel will focus on lessons from this proxy season and discuss say on pay, proxy access, political contributions and running proxy meetings in the current environment. Other panelists will include Rhonda Brauer of Georgeson and Keir Gumbs of Covington & Burling.
