On June 22, Ms. Simmons will be a panelist at the International Insolvency Institute's Twelfth Annual Conference, held on June 21 and June 22 at the Supreme Court of France in Paris. Ms. Simmons' panel will explore, "Planning for Failure: Use of Insolvency Proceedings for Systemically Important Financial Institutions.” The Paris conference features discussions and analyses of the most important current international insolvency issues and controversies, and will be attended by more than 200 international legal professionals, including judges, lawyers and professors. As a sponsor of the conference, S&C will also be represented by Mr. Bompoint, who will join Ms. Simmons at some of the conference events.
