Institute for Transnational Arbitration’s Twenty-Fourth Annual Dallas Workshop

On June 21, Mr. Neuhaus will take part in the mock arbitration, “The Final Curtain: Post-Hearing Submissions, Deliberations and Enforcement.” Mr. Neuhaus will play the role of in-house counsel in deliberations over the enforcement of an international arbitration award. On June 20, Mr. Walsh will moderate a panel, which will include counsel from Exxon Mobil, ConocoPhillips, Swiss Reinsurance America and Fluor. The panel will give in-house perspectives on the use of international litigation and arbitration and the role of outside counsel. The workshop will be attended by more than 150 arbitration practitioners from more than a dozen countries. Mr. Neuhaus is a vice-chair of the Institute, and Mr. Walsh is chair of the Institute’s Young Arbitrator’s Initiative.
