On April 25 and 26, Mr. Walsh will give introductory remarks to two Spanish-language panels at the Institute for Transnational Arbitration’s Eighth Annual Americas Workshop in Santiago, Chile. Mr. Walsh will discuss the appointment of arbitrators and witness preparation in international arbitrations, and he will play the role of arbitration counsel in a mock arbitration demonstrating the "do’s and don’ts" of preparing a witness for cross examination.
