On May 5, Mr. Seymour will serve on a panel titled, “Voluntary Disclosures,” at the Third Annual National Institute on Internal Corporate Investigations and Forum for In-House Counsel, which will be held in New York City by the American Bar Association Business Law Section, Criminal Justice Section and the ABA Center for Continuing Legal Education. The panel will discuss the pros and cons of a corporation self-reporting misconduct to government prosecutors or regulators, and will analyze government policies designed to encourage corporate self-reporting.
