On October 21, Ms. Seymour will participate in a panel titled, “A Review of the Transnational Bribery Enforcement: Cases, Trends, and Significant Legal Developments,” sponsored by The American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section and the ABA Center for Continuing Legal Education in cooperation with the Section of International Law. Ms. Seymour will discuss the recent enforcement of the FCPA by the DOJ and the SEC, the new UK Bribery Law and other developments in international prosecution of transnational bribery.
