On September 15, Ms. Seymour will lead a discussion that will focus on whether outside counsel should conduct corporate internal investigations as part of the New York City Bar program, “Ethical Considerations for Corporate Investigations: Updates 2011.” The program will explore current issues and recent developments relating to ethical duties and responsibilities of lawyers and other participants in corporate internal investigations involving public companies.
