On May 6, Ms. Seymour will serve on a panel about trials, including evidence rules, at the New York State Bar Association’s Commercial Litigation Academy. The two-day seminar brings together commercial litigators and judges to offer training and skills necessary for commercial cases, as well as in dealing with ethical and evidentiary issues encountered by civil trial lawyers.
