On September 27, Mr. Schwartz will participate in a panel discussion, “The New ‘Four-Letter Word’ – Risk,” at the 2010 Executive Compensation Conference: Pay at the Top – Executive Board Compensation. The discussion will explore measuring and managing risk in compensation programs.
