On January 21, Mr. Schwartz will serve on the panel, “Mandatory Recoupment Policies Under the Dodd-Frank Act,” at the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation 2011 Midyear Meeting in Boca Raton, Florida. The panel will discuss Dodd-Frank legislation affecting executive compensation.
