On May 24, S&C will host a one-day seminar in New York on energy trading legal and compliance issues for clients and potential clients. This will be the seventh year that the Firm has hosted the seminar, and the third time a New York seminar will be held in addition to a Houston seminar. Mr. Raisler, Mr. Gilberg, Mr. Peikin, Mr. Schroeder, Mr. Baer, Ms. Tokheim, Ms. Barancik and Ms. Parker will give presentations relating to energy trading legal compliance and regulatory issues with focus on Dodd-Frank, as they did for the Houston seminar, which was held on May 10.
