On June 23, Ms. Quinn will chair a panel discussion at the American Bar Association titled, "Apple, Google and More: Recent Issues in Identifying and Addressing Problems Involving Interlocking Directorates." Ms. Quinn will discuss recent issues surrounding Section 8 and interlocking officers and directors, specifically the interaction between the Clayton Act Section 8 and the Depository Institution Management Interlocks Act.
