On June 28, Mr. Peikin will serve as a moderator of the panel, “Commencing the Investigation: Considerations at the Outset,” at the Practising Law Institute program, Internal Investigations 2011: Investigations in the Aftermath of Dodd-Frank, which will be held in New York City. The panel will explore such questions as how to deal with allegations by someone who may be a whistleblower, when an investigation is warranted and who should oversee an investigation.
