On October 19, Mr. Pagnani will moderate the panel, “Ask the Experts: Preparing and Executing an M&A Event,” at the AdvaMed 2010 Conference in Washington, D.C. AdvaMed (Advanced Medical Technology Association) is the largest trade association representing the medical device and diagnostics industries. The panel is intended to provide insight into positioning a company to fit the strategy of a buyer and to demonstrate the value proposition during due diligence. The panel will also cover current dealmaking trends in the MedTech industry, as well as current issues that arise in the context of the negotiation and execution phase of MedTech M&A transactions.
