New York State Bar Association International Section Global Week

Mr. Neuhaus and Mr. Rosenberg will participate in the New York State Bar Association International Section Global Week, which will feature panel discussions hosted and sponsored by law firms and other legal institutions throughout New York City on specific issues of international practice. On May 10, Mr. Rosenberg will serve on the panel, “The Framework of International Legal Practice,” as part of Global Week’s opening reception at the Yale Club. On May 12, he will chair a panel titled, “Handling Complex International Insurance and Reinsurance Disputes,” hosted by S&C. (Mr. Rosenberg will also submit papers in conjunction with Global Week, including one he co-authored titled, “Fundaments of International Environmental Law,” and another concerning strategic considerations in the handling of complex international insurance and reinsurance disputes.) On May 12, Mr. Neuhaus will serve on the panel, “Conflicts and Confidentiality in International Practice: Views from Argentina, China, Luxembourg, and the United States,” at Cleary Gottlieb.
