On February 27, Mr. Neuhaus will participate in a panel on “Multi-party Arbitration: From Paris to New York,” at the February 2012 session of the Arbitration Forum of the Center for Transnational Litigation and Commercial Law at New York University. Mr. Neuhaus will give a presentation on “Class Arbitration in the U.S. in the Wake of Stolt-Nielsen S.A. v. Animal Feeds Int’l Corp. and AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion.” The session will be co-hosted by the New York/Washington D.C. Chapter of the Spanish Arbitration Club in New York City.
