On January 17, Mr. DeSombre conducted a training seminar for finance professionals and lawyers of Korea Development Bank (KDB). The seminar covered general aspects of cross-border M&A, the Volcker Rule and its implications for KDB, and the EU crisis and opportunities. KDB is a state-owned bank in South Korea founded in 1954. The seminar was attended by more than 60 professionals at KDB, including investment bankers, private equity professionals and in-house attorneys.
