On April 26, Mr. De Leeuw will speak on the panel, “Trial of the Civil Action or Arbitration,” at Practising Law Institute’s Handling a Securities Case 2012: From Investigation to Trial and Everything in Between. The panel will discuss plaintiffs’ and defendants’ perspectives in a securities case, as well as special considerations for securities arbitrations.
