On April 20, Mr. Creamer and Ms. Wollman will participate in the Ninth Annual Institute on Tax Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions – New Approaches for the Economic Recovery in New York City. Mr. Creamer will speak on the panel, “Negotiating a Corporate Acquisition,” which will discuss representations, covenants and indemnities, issues and opportunities for buyer and seller and working capital adjustments. Ms. Wollman will speak on the panel, “Ethical Issues in Tax Practice,” which will cover standards for giving advice and signing returns, writing opinions and uncertain tax positions.
