On May 24, Mr. Berrar will participate on the panel, "Equity Capital Markets: Facts and Trends 2012," at the Corporate Finance Summit 2012 in Frankfurt. The conference is organized by the Institute for Law and Finance, Commerzbank and Börsen-Zeitung, a leading German financial newspaper. Among other topics, the panel will discuss recent trends in equity capital market transactions and the effects of the challenging market environment on the structuring of these transactions.
