On June 6, Mr. Giuffra will participate in the Chambers USA General Counsel Seminar, “Navigating the Changing U.S. Landscape: Regulatory Investigations and ‘Bet-the-Company’ Cases,” that will be held at the New York Hilton. The seminar will examine strategies for responding to regulatory investigations and related civil litigation in the aftermath of the recent financial crisis.
