On June 1–2, Mr. Kotran will participate in the annual meeting of the members of the Subcommittee on Public Company Acquisitions of the M&A Committee of the American Bar Association in Wilmington, Delaware, along with the members of the Delaware Supreme Court and Court of Chancery. Mr. Kotran will co-chair a panel on Delaware law relating to disclosure to shareholders in proxy statements.
